21 GREENPOINT CELEBRATES COMMUNAL STYLE DINING BY CREATING FOOD THAT IS DELICIOUS, THOUGHTFUL, AND MEANT TO BE SHARED.  

THE DESIGN OF THE MENU IS TO FIRST AND FOREMOST UTILIZE INGREDIENTS FROM LOCAL FARMS AND DO SO WITH AS LITTLE WASTE AS POSSIBLE. WE AIM TO COOK WITH WHAT'S AROUND US AND PRESENT FOOD TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD IN A WAY THAT'S ELEVATED BUT FAMILIAR.

WITH THE GOAL TO REDUCE FOOD WASTE, WE OFFER A SPECIAL MEAL FOR DINNER ON SUNDAY.  THE FARE CHANGES THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT, AS WE MOVE THROUGH WHAT IS ON HAND, TO DELIVER A MEAL FROM  INGREDIENTS THAT WOULD OFTEN BE IGNORED.  THE CHEF SENDS A SELECTION OF CREATIVE AND MINDFUL DISHES CREATED FROM OVERLOOKED EDIBLES.
